By using ShareTh.is, you agree to these terms. ShareTh.is is a file sharing utility that allows you to upload files and share them via a link.

Acceptable Use

You may not use ShareTh.is to share illegal content, malware, copyrighted material you don't have rights to, or any content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate access at our discretion without notice.

Free Links

Free links are available for files up to 50MB. They expire after 24 hours and are limited to 25 downloads. Files are deleted from storage upon expiry. Upload metadata may be retained for analytics.

Paid Links

Paid links ($4 one-time) do not expire and have unlimited downloads. Files up to 500MB are supported. Payment is processed by Stripe and is non-refundable. You may delete your file at any time through the manage page. Deleted files are permanently removed from storage, but metadata may be retained for analytics.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uptime. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. Paid link holders will be notified by email of any material changes that affect their files.

Liability

ShareTh.is is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for the content shared through our service. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruption, or damages arising from use of the service.
